Refund policy
At Baubles by Bubu, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we do! But hey, we get it—sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s the deal on returns and refunds:
Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed, we, unfortunately, can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (aka, don’t take them on a test run and then decide to return them).

To start a return, email us at baublesbybubu@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there!
Non-Returnable Items

Earrings (for hygiene reasons—your lobes are sacred).

Sale items (all sale purchases are final).
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is on you.
Exchanges & Damaged Items

If your piece arrives damaged or defective (oops, our bad!), email us within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges are only offered for defective items—we don’t do swaps for different styles.
Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, check with your bank or credit card company—it can take a few days to process.
